Crane track with telescopic manipulators
Utilization:
The machine is used for manipulation with rolls of bandages.
Technical description of the basic version:
Manipulation equipment for the repair of the bandages consists of the crane track mounted on the primary construction made out of steel U-profiles and fixed around the perimeter of the hall. The construction consists of an 18 m long crane track, on which two bridge beams move.
There is the trolley with a telescopic manipulator equipped with a gripper for rolls of bandages on each of the bars. In this way the manipulation range is guaranteed in both the transversal and the longitudinal way on the whole area of the hall.
Pneumatic manipulator with the load capacity of 125 kg suspended on the trolley allows turning around its vertical axis and lifting to the height of 1600 mm. Travel and the rotating of the manipulator is done manually, lifting is provided by the pneumatic FESTO cylinder. The air distribution inside the manipulator range is done by spiral hoses.
