Utilization:
Hanging manipulator with a gripper device for handling shell-forms. It is designed to hang on the crane track trolley DEMAG which is overhead fixed. This guarantees a significant range of manipulation in the transversal and the longitudinal way.

Technical description of the basic version:

It is an implementation of a pneumatic manipulator with a telescopic
vertical arm. The arm is designed as the two tubes construction where the lower tube is sliding into the upper tube. The upper tube is fixed to the trolley which can be moved along the track. The lifting capacity is provided by the pneumatic FESTO cylinder.
In the lower part of the manipulator is equipped with the gripper at one end and the control panel with the handlebars at the other end.
Gripper for grasping of the shell molding cavities is placed at the end of the eccentric arm. The gripper jaws are designed as a replaceable inserts. Engagement and disengagement of the load is carried out pneumatically by FESTO cylinders.
