Utilization:
The conveyor with rotary table and bumper is a technological machine designed to move and rotate the pallets with products at a production site. The pallets from the storage conveyor are gradually moved to the rotary table from which the worker takes the products for processing. The conveyor is designed to move two 1500 kg pallets at the same time and therotary table is designed for the load of one pallet. In operation it saves the workforce and significantly reduces physical effort.

Basic technical description:
This device consist of a supply conveyor for two pallets with standard size of 1200 x 800 mm, a rotary table with 12 positions and a bumper. The conveyor, rotary table and bumper are positioned in the correct position and anchored to the floor. The bumper consists of a welded stand and a spring stop.

The conveyor has the following parts:
 - load-bearing construction welded and screwed from steel profiles
 - rollers driven by a 0.37 kW electric gearbox via roller chain 5/8“ x 3/8“. The pallet movement is forward and backward.
 - cover and electrical accessories with control box

The rotary table has the following parts:
 - fixed stand
 - rotary table with 5 non-driven rollers
 - locking pin with foot pedal
