Bench for wire binding
Utilization:
Bench for wire binding is a technological machine designed to bind coils of wire. The coils place the forklift on the bench where they are bound by another worker for further handling.
Technical description of the device:
Bench for wire binding consists of a bed with two driven rotary rollers and four non-driven support rollers. The guidance has a sliding segment with four non-driven support rollers. The movement of the presser segment is ensured by a pneumatic cylinder with a stroke of 500 mm controlled by the lever adjacent to the rotary actuator.
Rotating the wire coil to the left or right is provided by an electric motor with a gearbox. Also included is a 2x1RM 14 manipulator with load balancers.
