Utilization:
Robotized workplace with dual table rotary positioner RSP DOPH 3E-2000 is designed for large and complex spatial weldments or products which needs positioning when welding.

Technical description of the basic version:
The workplace is equipped with a positioner DOPH 3E with two eight-way rotary tables. Spacing between the flanges is 2000 mm. Between flanges is located product in preparation.
The robot is placed on a displacement base allowing the transfer of robot to increase its range.
Attendant on the other side of the positioner performs loading and unloading of products or independently of the robot performs turning the table on its side. After placing the product into positioner the attendant starts the operating cycle of the robot. The operating cycle can be extended by 10-20 minutes.
