Utilization:

The gripper for insulation piping is a technological device designed for manipulating insulation for piping beyond the outer circumference within the workspace defined by the reach of the manipulator or crane to which the gripper is attached.

Technical desciption of the basic version:

The gripper for insulation piping consists of the following components:

• Main Frame
• Tilted Plate
• Left and Right Arm
• Pneumatic Clamping and Detaching System with control on the tilting control board

The gripper is designed to be hung on a hoist with adequate load capacity. It is capable of handling insulation with a diameter of 500-800 mm, a maximum length of 1000 mm, and a maximum weight of 70 kg. The pneumatic system requires a 6 bar pressure air supply to function.
