Handling cart for mould form transport

Handling cart is a technological device designed to transport mouldcastor forms up to 12,000 kg. The load-bearing structure consists of a frame with wheels suitable for high loads and a support plate. It does not require special maintenance and repairs.
It can be used indoors as well as outdoor. The outdoor environment needs to be specified due to the choice of surface protection.

The frame of the cart is welded from the U160 and 80x60x3mm profiles. On this frame there is a board made of non-slip, waterproof plywood with dimensions 1350 x 1200 x 30 mm. The chassis consists of four pairs of high-load-capacity wheels. The coupling to the towing vehicle is a V-shaped swinging connection with the eye for attachment to the towing vehicle suspension. The cart is not braked.
