Utilization:
Robotized workplace is designed for MAG and TIG welding of small parts. This workplace allows up to 8 operation on a single workpiece or making larger series of weldments.

Technical description:
Robot NOKIA RM-01 with 6-degrees of freedom of movementis mounted on  a pedestal of the positioning table with eight replaceable positions.
One half of the positioning table PS8-35 is placed In the working zone of the robot and on the other half, simultaneously operates the operator of workstation. The turntable of table is rotated automatically by the control system of the robot.
Workplace enables rapid change of manufactured products and replacement of preparations and program of robot. Welding smoke's extraction is provided by local exhaust from the burner or by general extraction of whole workplace. The modular design allows changing workplace within TRIOM modules.
