Articulated Jib Crane Manipulators with Torque Arms 3RM

Utilization:

Exact manipulation with loads with weights from 50 to 250 kg using special end effectors – grippers, hitches and suction devices.

Technical description of the basic version:

The manipulator consists of the two arms with vertical axis of rotation attached to the main pillar. The lifting unit with a lifting capacity of 1000 – 1400 mm is placed at the end of the second arm. On the bottom of the lifting unit is the rotation coupler to connect the special modular attachments. The lifting force is achieved by pneumatic cylinders or a hoist placed in the second beam of the manipulator. The manipulator is also provided with the swing bed which balances the axis of the beam to prevent it from spontaneous and unwanted rotation. The hardstops on the shaft flange are used to prevent the main beam spin 360° around or to set the specific workspace. Manipulator can be mounted on a column, wall or overhead fixed.
